Thurs: 3 mile easy (don't think I did Jillian. Not sure.)
Fri:HSY Yoga <33333
Sat: 2 mile easy/Jillian
Sun: 10 mile long run
Today's run was humid. And my throat is killing me (maybe why I have been so fatigued lately?)/ BUT the sun was hidden--yay! And I ran with my BFF-yay!
Think I am forgoing the Runner's World plan I have followed for so long and jumping to Hal Higdon and more speed work. Either way, I am feeling a rest day coming on tomorrow. Or an easy run. We'll see where the wind takes me.
