Greta blessed me with a 5am wake up. Only to be followed by an afternoon nap refusal. And I am WIPED. Like so many parents, I wonder how the heck I survived with little sleep for so long? Anyhow, once G made it clear a nap was not happening, I decided to get my work out done. Because there is no way I was going to want to work out at 7 tonight.
I zoomed through the arm workout--not sure what effect it has when I jump quickly from set to set (as soon as I am done with my sets, I skip to the next. Particularly when G is around). Working out with G is always interesting. She pops in and out of the workouts. And is constantly in the way. So you have to adjust as needed.
During abs she hit the floor and joined me. She did complete a couple of the scissors, but then was keeping one foot on the floor aka cheating. And then just popped up with like 8 to go to grab a graham cracker. "Uh, Greta...are you just done?!" "Yes, my done." She came back and "helped" me by supporting my legs during Heels to the Heavens and whatever the other things are called.
She also started standing on my face at one point.
I decided to push my luck and try to get 30 in on the elliptical. It was 10 minutes. But whenever I complete any work out with Greta--I consider that a miracle.
Really hoping to get out for a run tomorrow. Mileage to be determined.
