No energy to run, no energy to title.

Did my plyo workout last night.

Did not do my run this morning.

And really like the idea of just being done with the running. Not completely. I will run probably 3 days a week. 3-5 miles a pop. Maybe longer if I feel good. And hope to mantain running thoughout the winter.

I'm not completely ready to close on this. Let's just say the sale is pending.  Today''s workout will be arms, tris and shoulders. Followed by ab ripper. An hour of p90x is FAR more enjoyable than an hour of running. Which is part of why I know I am craving a break from pounding the pavement.
