Eh. Running.
I've done some runs.
Unfortunately my long runs as of late have been 8 miles. Not exactly long.
And they have been really unattractive.
Still doing P90x workouts (not religiously).
And still letting myself take 2-3 days off a week. Which is kind of nice.
And when I feel settled and ready to add more work outs into the mix. I will.
