Rainy Run

Still struggling through this slump. Trying not to over think it. Either way, today was just a 3 mile easy run with Jillian post-run,  Plans for the week ahead:

Sat: Long Run (slated for 11 I think--but will be satisfied with 9-10. Or 11. And I swear. I swear I am going to try to keep it at the targeted 10:whatever pace. I don't know enough about running to know what or if running faster than you "should" during easy and long runs, does to your body. Wow. That is a tangled up sentence.)

Sun: Plyo (really have felt the effects of not doing plyo for the past 3 (or has it been 4?) weeks. I can't believe I ever squeezed this from my weekly work outs. Looking forward to seeing Tony.

Mon: Easy run and All Levels Yoga

Tues: Either Kempo or Tae Bo

Wed: Speeeeeed (omg pretty sure I am scheduled for a tempo. Blech)

Thurs: Easy/Jillian

Fri: OFF OFF OFF

The next weekend needs tweaking I think since Erin will be in Maine and I am SO doing my long run with my BFF. Maybe Yoga after, Erin?
