Sunday: plyometrics
Monday: 3 mile "easy" run (too fast of a pace for an easy run--I blame the person I ran with)/Jillian Michaels work out
Tuesday: Hot Sweaty Yoga (HSY)
On tap for tomorrow: 6 mile speed work--1 mile warm up/4 @ tempo pace of 8:44/1 mile cool down. Tempos have psyched me out since I started running again. Have to get my mind right.
Some interesting observations at yoga tonight--will blog more tomorrow.
