Run. Done.

And it wasn't that bad. I had a pretty killer headache today (damn Jillian workout yesterday f'd up my shoulders)--but the run actually helped it. Did 12--averaged a 9:30 pace. Legs felt great (though that last mile was tough--especially since I didn't plan very well and ended up basically pacing back and forth to just hit the damn 12 mile mark).

Best part? NO LONG RUN TOMORROW. Yeeeeha. Actually, even better part? RECOVERY WEEK NEXT WEEK!
