Less than 2 weeks until my follow up appointment. The change in how my leg feels is amazing. I guess time does heal all wounds. My shin will still ache at times in the morning or at night but overall it has been a drastic improvement. I think I will pack my running clothes to bring to my appointment December 2--because you better believe that if I am told I can test it out with a mile run, I will be heading straight to the boulevard!
Continuing to love yoga. Though yoga does not do much for one's butt. The lack of running is beginning to show. Though I do find my appetite has diminished with the non-running. Of course that doesn't stop me from indulging still. I just don't feel the same hollow hunger feeling anymore!
Erin just completed her 18 mile long run. So proud of my Bud! I think I am most proud because Erin was...let's just say a little reliant on me in terms of running. ERIN--don't get mad, you know it is true. So the fact that she has found her confidence in running and continually pushes herself is amazing. xoxo
