Thursday 4/21

Heading out for an easy 3. Though with the wind out there, may not feel so easy. Then I am DETERMINED to do P90x (one of the arm workouts) AND ab ripper. I will let you know how that goes!

Ache in my left shin---doesn't hurt to the touch though, so just a weird ache I think.

Run: Done.

Time: 1:45ish
Weather: comfortable temps cold wind, bouts of sleet (wtf?)
pace: 9:50--felt good...goal is to HIT those easy run/long run paces b/c I think it might help keep my legs fresher? Goal for weekend long run is to really, really, really try to run the targeted 10:25s. Though does anyone else find that sometimes the slower you run, the harder it feels?

Off to the basement to hang with Tony...
