The streak of lovely long runs ended today. My ten miles today sucked. It was f'ng COLD. And WINDY. And like an idiot, I chose to run by the water. I was tired--my mind was ahead of me the whole time. And it was just gross. But I do love getting a nice long run in on Saturday morning--I have it behind me then AND can justify some treats too.
Entering a recovery week. Which I know is lame since I am not even training for anything--but I will take it.
Realizing I really do need to up my weight lifting. Which won't be hard to do since I am currently doing none. Have to figure out a way to incorporate P90 into my weeks. I have yet to successfully balance running with lifting/cross training.
